Do you build on site or deliver finished buildings?
Both. Smaller storage and garden sheds are often built in our shop and set on your prepared pad, while garages, pole barns and pavilions are framed on site.
What foundation do I need?
Most sheds sit on a compacted gravel pad or treated skids. Garages, workshops and larger barns usually call for a concrete slab or pier footings. We recommend a foundation after seeing the site.
Do you handle permits?
We help you understand what your city or county requires and provide drawings and dimensions for your application. Property owners typically submit the permit themselves.
How long does a project take?
A straightforward storage shed is often a one to three day build once the pad is ready. Garages, workshops and pole barns generally run one to three weeks depending on size and finishes.
Can you match my house?
Yes. We match siding profile, trim color and roof shingle or metal panel so a new outbuilding looks like it belongs on the property.
Do you repair existing sheds?
We re-level settled buildings, replace rotted floors, siding and trim, re-roof, and rebuild doors on outbuildings we did not originally construct.
